How does this game end in draw, black has moves

Game ended in draw where black had 1 second left and possible moves King f7, Rook g8.... I don't understand, is it a bug?

It is because you got the same position repeated three times. If it happens, any player can claim a draw.

@lifsitch yeah because it isn't stalemate and it hasn't even been 50 moves yet.

The position on the board after white's moves 34, 36, and 38 are identical. As such, it's a threefold repetition draw.
