Think more carefully before you move.

Is there a local chess club in your area ? It can be useful and fun to go to a chessclub, play chess games, share chess anecdotes, get chess lessons.
If that is not possible you can try to find some chess friends (in real life, or the Internet) who can help you to analyse your chess games, and point out where you can improve.
Joining a chess improvement team/group is also an idea.

Looking at your ratings, your tactics puzzle rating is doing pretty well compared to your rapid (and blitz) rating.
Do you find it easier to concentrate on the tactic puzzles, than in a chess game, maybe ?
Did you watch the beginner chess videos ?

Did you do the Lichess training for beginners ?

Good luck, and have fun !
Step 1: Do lessons and learn.
Step 2: play
Play chess. After you've played 1000 games, play more chess.
Step 3: Play another chess game
Step 4: Play more games of chess
........
Step 2946723958723865: Keep playing.
@achja Fun fact: There are no local chess clubs in Turkey. Most "chess clubs" are money-oriented or just established to play in the team tourneys. You can not just go in and say "Let's play some games". Turkish chess is going downhill since the Federation President changed about 5-6 years ago.
Alright I'm not going to go for the low hanging fruit with your meme country title tempting though it may be.

I have looked over the 11 move game of yours that tpr has posted.

It seems to me that the number 1 thing you could possibly do to improve your chess skills is have greater tactical awareness when it comes to 1 move direct threats.

2qh5? This right here should be easy to respond to. Your pawn is threated. Nc6 or d6 are both fine here.
2... nf6? Why drop that pawn?
3... qe7? Why not bishop block then castle?
5... Qxc2 you just totally drop a queen for a pawn here... Further analysis is not needed as it's all dead lost.
6... really though ne4? Nc6 defends better
Not sure why you waited to move 11 to resign you weren't defending

Basically just look 1 move ahead for threats and captures and you will improve a lot.
The main problem is playing too fast. In a 10+0 game and assuming 60 moves duration, you should think 10 seconds per move. Usually a game is decided before move 30. You can always speed up towards the end. So you should think about 20 seconds per move. In this game you played 5 moves in 10 seconds and then the game was decided. So you played 10 times too fast. Slow down, take time to think.
I greatly recommand Dan Heisman "Guide to chess improvment" if you can get it in Turkey. You will learn how to learn. May be there are pro and cons but it's really like having a private coach!

Good to know.
Having said that, one can go the casual way. Get together with a few chessplayers once a week, and analyse and play games.
That is more or less what is happening here, before the official chess season (after a summer break) is starting at the chess club.
Getting together with a few people in a cafe, playing chess, sharing chess puzzles and analyse together. Fun!
