Third draw in a row counts with 0 points, is this correct?

I am playing Arena-Tournaments just for fun, but i would say this is unfair. A draw should always count as 1 point...

they probably drew in less than like 10 moves or something

they have recently introduced "draw streaks" to prevent people from purposely drawing many times in a row

Posted the links of the draw-games in the tournament today at afternoon. You can see that this were no arranged draws, the games were fighted out. To give 0 points for fighted draws, this rules makes it hard to take this tourneys serious....
