Time disappears

Before i do any reporting,I'd just like to ask if time-cheating happens here.I know it happens frequently on one particular other site.I suddenly lost one minute of time at the end of my game,and lost on a time-out.Unrated,so no big deal..just wondering.

What's time cheating?
Was it the other player's turn to move with their clock ticking and you got a message saying you lost on time? That's a bug, the developers know about it but haven't been able to reproduce it, which makes it hard to fix.

How to time cheat?
