I premove my Queen to take rook but my oppenent moves and I move my Queen in its place if it's not a bug I don't know what is
The trick is not to premove your queen in hopes that it will work out as you planned.
Now you know how premoves work. I'm not aware of a site that does them differently
You don’t premove onto pieces but on squares.
Sarg0n is correct. The move is "piece to square", e.g. Re3. If your opponent has a piece on e3 when you make the premove, it is still Re3, not Rxe3.
