Lost a game because an issue with lichess

#10 that is not possible, the repetition happened on moves 47, 54, 56.
10 moves in 23 seconds,
i couldn't tell which move will be the repetition in that short time,
and i can't click claim draw on every move, there is no time to do it, and even if there was, the system won't allow me to claim draw on every move :)
#11 I actually strongly dislike that the interface offers automatic threefold claims which in my ultra-literal reading violate the ToS about receiving assistance. OTB a player needs to keep track of repetitions in order to make a valid claim. But I'm not going to ruin anyone's fun.
#12 Same applies illegal moves: playing with a computer helps avoiding unpleasant accidents... Not sure the potential for mouse-slips compensates for that! :)
If you want to keep control, then play with increment, so you have time to either claim or refrain from claiming.

9.2.1 The game is drawn, upon a correct claim by a player having the move, when the same position for at least the third time (not necessarily by a repetition of moves):
9.2.1.1 is about to appear, if he first writes his move, which cannot be changed, on his scoresheet and declares to the arbiter his intention to make this move, or
9.2.1.2 has just appeared, and the player claiming the draw has the move.
9.2.2
Positions are considered the same if and only if the same player has the move, pieces of the same kind and colour occupy the same squares and the possible moves of all the pieces of both players are the same. Thus positions are not the same if:

9.2.2.1 at the start of the sequence a pawn could have been captured en passant
9.2.2.2 a king had castling rights with a rook that has not been moved, but forfeited these after moving. The castling rights are lost only after the king or rook is moved.

Happened with me too.

My opponent offered draw (I was losing already), when I went to click the button; it disappeared. And then I can't even ask for a draw till next 30 moves.
@hash11011 Just as Toadofsky said, the best option is to offer a draw before playing the threefold repetition move. Once you offer a draw on a move, playing a move that allows a draw claim automatically claims the draw
#15
Short version: you can only claim the draw when you have the move.
"there are games where i am below 30 seconds, and want to push for a win"

Then what are you exactly asking for? 🤔

It looks to me that you want it all: to claim a draw after you lost the chance, but also to keep playing when your opponent can claim a draw.

There are players that are faster than others with the mouse and that's part of the game. It's up to you to change your settings to auto-claim, the same as you can have auto-promote to queen or berserk, to name some custom options you have to deal with your own time trouble. Pick whatever works best for your speed, but you can't just have it all.
