I didn´ t quit a game! I just didn´ t wait until a player starts playing after enough time!!

I cannot understand your policy and have to admit that I am not sure if I want to join "your" community in future!?

Maybe you make sure next time before you ban the wrong player and not the one that does not react in a correct and fair way as the FIDE rules are in general...

IMHO this policy sounds like a reasonable addition to the Terms of Service. But moderators might know better than myself on this one...

Are you talking about lobby timeouts? I don't see what the big deal is. You only get timed out for 15 minutes, and that's when you excessively abort games, quit games without resigning, or don't move in games you've started. You can still play games by challenges or tournaments. You should just be playing in tournaments in the first place, if waiting troubles you so.
