Mythological punishments as chess variants! (Browser game)

Hey chess people, thought you might be interested in a game I just put out into the world called Let's Play: Ancient Greek Punishment: Chess Edition.

It retells classic Greek punishment myths through the language of chess (mostly for comedic value if we're being honest). Check it out if you're interested! Be keen to know what this community thinks about this sort of "use" of chess...

Ooooh, that's amazing! Thanks for making this!
As both a chess and an ancient culture enthusiast, it would have never crossed my mind that those two things could be combined so well :D really creative actually, I love it. The one about Zeno is incredible.

As an improvement suggestion maybe: the one about Tantalus, let the visitor play an actual game against a really weak AI up until one move before (forced) checkmate... Also the script crashes on this one, at least on my phone. Which is bad. Unless it is intended that way, then it is stunningly clever!

But yeah, I really liked it, thanks for sharing :)
This is really incredibly clever! May I ask what language you have built this in?

Again, great work!
I highly enjoyed this. Especially the Zeno one.
@Shnippy Hey thanks! Great alternate idea for Tantalus - I pondered that option at certain times, but with the AI moving the king around potentially during the game, wasn't too keen to figure out how to make sure it could "step off" the board at the right moment. (Also I think putting the idea up front probably work for more people, but agree your idea would be super fun.) Script crashing... not in the design! I suspect it's just that the AI is pretty process intensive for a phone unfortunately (it's not that sophisticated).

@manshuv Hey there - it's JavaScript using chess.js and chessboard.js underneath (plus MathJax for the math expressions in the Zeno version)

@Mate_On_f7 Good question!
I do not know how to navigate ... I saw Sisyphos, but I do not know how to see the Tantalus game ...
Great idea anyway!
