I am chess trainer I am using your website to teach my students some time to login into their accounts to solve some problems but recently I get this message and I can't use my Wi-Fi internet because that shows the above message so please help me how I can fix it

You might be unlucky and got given a banned IP address by your internet service provider (ISP). ISPs will rotate the your IP address, and it seems that someone previously cheated or used hate speech from your IP before, causing it to get banned.

Honestly I think the IP bans should be temporary, considering ISPs will rotate them around anyway.

Or any VPN

This can only happen if you are using a VPN, an application which changes your IP address. Otherwise, you are probably unlucky, like #2 said.
