How to get better at endgames?

"I avoid some lines to not trade queens" trading queens does not nessecarily go into an endgame, with many othsr pieces on the board, it is still middlegame

@TrappedPiece I am bad at all queenless positions. My queen not being on the board makes me uncomfortable.

GM Ulf Andersson used to train by playing games from the initial position, but without queens.
