draw offers recorded in PGN?

In a game where a draw offer was made and declined, is there any record, in the saved PGN or elsewhere, of when (i.e., on which move) the draw offer was made?

Thanks for your reply. That is unfortunate. In a recent game I declined a draw offer, and I would feel less impolite about having done so if subsequent computer analysis shows that I had an advantage at the time of the offer. But I no longer recall when the offer occurred.

Over the board we must record a draw offer as (=) on the score sheet. It would be appropriate is this were included as such in the pgn.
