@Sarg0n I understand what you are saying; however why did the game continue to a mate and not trigger the repetition 3 times? The move that should have triggered the repetition was played if this is the case, and the game continued regardless.
Edit: I went and scrubbed up on my 3 fold repetition rule; it seems I need to spend more time reading up on it as I wasn't aware of how it worked correctly. Thanks for the help.

Or just use the practice with the computer button, and it tells you immediately, that it is a three times repetition.
