how well are we to play chess today?

I have a program with many tactical exercises. He has a history of the exercises that I've solved with the time it took.

I noticed that sometimes it takes me 2 minutes to solve an exercise I already solved before with just 30 seconds!

Since the program has the method of spaced repetitions, some exercises I solve as if it were the first time.

For me it shows very effectively how good I am at that moment, in terms of concentration, speed, etc .. If I solve some exercises (doing my best) and realize that I am taking more than 200% more, I definitely am not well at that time for chess!

Maybe eat something, sleep, resting your mind with some humor on youtube is more appropriate than playing chess!

I'm talking that because sometimes we dont know how bad we are to chess! Not everyone has this self-awareness...
