good day.
i'd like from every one to suggest books could be useful for both beginners and professionals.
and i wish if anyone could give an advice for books could really effect on chess player's performance.
Botvinnik book(it is a trilogy, perhaps the best is the second one).
Three eye-opener:
Chess for Zebras (Rowson)
Move First Think Later (Hendriks)
Secrets of Practical Chess (Nunn)
I am going through Yusupov series, they seem excelent so far (I am on book #1):
www.qualitychess.co.uk/docs/14/artur_yusupovs_awardwinning_training_course/No big words and philosophy, just lot's of diagrams to analyse and learn from and lots of problems to solve, exposed in a way that makes sense.
No idea for professionals, but for amateurs, I think this book is full of good advice :
www.goodreads.com/book/show/8574910-studying-chess-made-easyThere are a lot of great chess books out there, and I'm sure if you studied the ones recommended here, your chess would improve.
That being said, I feel that there may be more effective ways for you to train, in your current situation. I'll help you brainstorm some ideas with two questions:
1) How do you learn from your games?
2) How do you solve puzzles?
