100% can’t solve this riddle

The guy who went to the washroom died cause he was heavily drunk and suddenly started banging his head on the wall for no reason, he got a brain stroke and then died.
Well for Yash, he was kinda deaf and couldn't hear without wearing his hearing aid, at that time he wasn't wearing it. Plus, he's also blind..

Thats true, but somehow everybody has something suspicious in their words. Mary with that. John accusing yash. Friends? Yash telling in the present tense something from the past. The only, uhm, not so suspicious is gaurav... but still...

That is more what i thought. The only „not suspect“ would be gaurav, but still... for me john, yash and mary are the main suspects

The answer is Gaurav. Not sure but idk when the op will reveal. I think Gaurav.
Edit: Because Mary seems sus. Who watches birds at night after hearing screams?
Also John seems sus because he's basically saying'It's not me'.
Also Yash because he went there with Jack.
So the op knew we were too smart for this and purposely made Gaurav the killer.
