It is all possible up to the "automatically put at a level" part.
Go to the page of the game you want to try, and scroll to the move you want to start with (just before a big mistake for example).
Now, click on the three bars on the bottom right of the notation box (which is on the right of the board).
Now, click on the crossed swords icon labelled "Continue from here" this open a box with two options labelled "Play with a friend" and "Play with the machine".
Click on "Play with the machine", this should lead you to the home page with a box over it with some options.
Now, select the time control you want to play at and the level of the stockfish you want to play against, from 1 to 8.
Finally, click on the king of the colour you want to play as, presumably the colour you had in the original game, this should start a game against stockfish from the game position.
The only part that is missing is how to choose the level you want to play against, there is no really good way of deciding, you can try several levels to see which one you have a chance against but is not too easy.

Stockfish level 2 is listed as 1420
Stockfish level 3 is listed as 1500
Stockfish level 4 is listed as 1600
Stockfish level 5 is listed as 1700
Stockfish level 6 is listed as 1900
Stockfish level 7 is listed as 2200
Stockfish level 8 is listed as 2600
