in lichess advertising teams is not allowed in forums chats etc then how will small teams grow. suppose if he is a good titled player many will see his profile and if he writes in profile he may get members but what about small players like me who is bad at chess who will look their profile so they will not get members

Simpletly by talking to people and recruit people one by one, text them first by asking if it is ok to ad about a team if yes well here you go otherwise just continue your way. @acer_3

@acer_3 I used to be in Bengal chess fans club, but what made me leave is the team never appealed to me becoming better at chess.

Your teams will not grow by advertising and messaging people to join teams
