Lichess moderators?

I see some users have a special badge like @TBest Are they a moderator of Lichess, normal user with trust, someone who applies for it or other?

It's not that patron sign actually... Next to the patron sign, like an eye batch to report someone... how some users have that?

Yes , That particular symbol shows that he is a moderator.However , this cannot be applied for and lichess only comes to you for it.

To become lichess moderator you cannot do anything if lichess thinks you are capable of becoming mod they will contact you

Why when I click on lichess moderator sign I replace to report a player page? (Lichess.org/report)

Well I also don't see the Marathon trophy. I don't know if it's just my browser being weird.
