Queen´s gambit.Accepted:Furman variation ( QG. 8,3 1997 )

My question, and with out going in to all the analyse I made ( if you want to read that, please look under study, I made a "block" there aboud my question.
Follow the moves:
1.d4 - d5.2.d4 - dxc4.3.Nf3 - Nf6.4.e4 - e6.5.Bxc4 - c5.6.Qe2 - a6. ( position with an isolated pawn: 6. ... - cxd4.7.exd4, - will not be considered her ) 7.dxc5 - Bxc5. ( the main position for the furman variation ) 8.0-0 - Nbd7. ( Black have many moves here eks: 8,- 0-0./b5/Qc7/Nc6. To com to the position that I have a question to,- Black most move Nbd7. ( which is an ok move by the way ) 9.e4 - b5.10.Bd3 - Bd7.11. Nbd2 !? - ... ?
So here is my question: I have study this opening for some time now, and I like the system. How ever..... According to FIDE - grandmaster Alexander Raetsky ( who is the author of, the article about this variation, in NIC ( New in chess ) yearbook nr. 44 page 188 - 216. that Black is more or less forced, to play the prophylactic move 11. ... - Be7. This is born out of page 180: 11.Nbd2: Requires circumspection from Black, wich is born out by the examples: 11. ... - 0-0 ( according to NIC ?!. But I think that Black is fin after: 12. e5 - Nd5 ( NOT Ng4 ?? ( I dear to give Ng4 a ?? Sins, I find no problems for Black after Nd5!? N ) as is in the article. Anyway. Here is my problem: I find the Bishop very good, but I can't help myself, and ask a question that say´s: WHY NOt 11. - Rc8 !? ( N)
I have testet this move in Fritz 14 - Rybka 4 - Chessmaster 10, and other chess programs, and they find NO problems with thes move.... So what do you think? Did I found a NEW idea ore just an interesting on ?!... I need help here..
thanks
Ps. After Fritz have run an deep position analyse for 6 hours, it seems to give Black a small + But ok, it only 0,1... LOL )
Here is how Petrosian played the prophylactic 11...Be7

There are also other moves.
11...o-o looks fine.
11...Rc8 threatens nothing and the rook may be better on the a-file, like in the Petrosian game. It may be better to put the other rook on c8. 11...o-o is always useful, 11...Be7 too, 11...Rc8 not necessarily.
Thanks for the game. However. This doesn't answer my question; Why not Rc8!? (N ) I am no GM - IM etc. but to me, I look at the rook move like this: First of all, Black activate the rook, and take an aktiv part in the C line. Secondly, the rook helps protecting the Bishop on c5, and lastly, I think that Be7 may be better after eks. 11. ... - Rc8.12.e5 - Nd5.13. Nb3 - Be7. Or, 13.a4 - bxa4.14.Rxa4 - Be7 Maybe...But im not sure. However I am at a optimistic belive that the rook move is not bad for Black, maybe it deserves to be tested, on a high level. It is sad to see ( know ) that No GM IM and so one, and Alexander as NIC, dosen want to take a closer look at the rook move. I am so happy, that I can ask a chess program, like Rybka.
Well
1) White can answer 11...Rc8 with 12 a4 to demonstrate that the rook were better left at a8
2) There are no targets on the c-file
3) For any play on the c-file black must first castle and move his queen so as to connect his rooks and possibly double them on the c-file.
4) White has already castled and moved his queen, so white can more rapidly seize the c-file if he wants. Example: 11...Rc8 12 Nb3 Be7 13 Be3 o-o 14 Rfc1
Hi tpr.
Thanks for the answer. I have no better then my chess program, to test my "interesting" idea. No program, where I have testet my rook move, have shown me, that the rook move is wrong, ore bad for Black. But then I am fare away for a GM ore IM ( etc ) understanding of the position, and I can't say that I have a "deep position, understanding" here. I find the Bishop move useful, and I see the idea of the prophylactic move.
However: 11. - Rc8 ( !? N , I dear to give my rook move a !?, unto somone can prove to me that, this is not good for Black. ) 12.Nb3 - 0-0.13.e4 - Nd5 ( 13.Bd2 - Bd6.14.Ba5 - Qe8.15.Rfd1 - e5 = or
11. ... - Rc8. (!? ) 12.a4 - bxa4.13.Rxa4 - 0-0 14.e5 - Nd5 with an equal position. for both ideas, so your answer dosen prove ( to me ) if the rook move is wrong.
11...Rc8 12 Nb3 o-o 13 Nxc5 looks excellent for white.
11...Rc8 12 a4 bxa4 13 Rxa4 o-o 14 Bxa6 wins a pawn.
12. a4 - bxa4.13.Rxa4 - 0-0. 14.Bxa6 - Ra8!? ( getting back the lost pawn easy )
12. a4 - bxa4.13.Rxa4 - 0-0.14.e5 - Nd5.15.Nb3 - Be7 =
11. - Rc8.12.Nb3 - 0-0 13. Nxc5 ?! - Nxc5!! With a nice advance for Black ( fritz 14. )I think I like Bf4 and even Bd2 better.....
So still no prove .. as I see it. Sorry.>>But then I don't have a GM/IM ( etc ) understanding of chess.
By the way: 11.Rc8.12.Nb3 - Be7.and here your move 13. Be3 is NOT good. I found truble for White after: 13. Be3 ?! ( ? ) Nxe4!
I dont see how White can get that pawn back.
