unable to resign a game. bug ?

This happened for the first time. I had lost position. I had to resign. It wasn't lag and move confirmation.
I could make moves, but I couldn't resign. I tried to resign more five times. I don't have confirm move option on.

PS. I could offer a draw like a greedy

@fiveTimes That's strange, the only reason I can find is that you had connection problems. I have this problem many times too and it's always because my connection is lagging.

Thanks, I found out that it was a firefox's addons.
