Can't see russian streamers on the main page

For some reason I don't see links to russian streams on the main page. I thought it was connected to my interface language being English, but switching to Russian doesn't help. Also, I see the links "blinking", when re-loading the page, but they disappear almost instantly. If it helps - the links present in the page's source code, but they're hidden by css rules.

By the way, I tried opening lichess from work today, and there were russian streamers, event thought the interface language was English. We have a different ISP at work, but surely this glitch cannot be caused by that.
