i thought i had it; but now i cannot find any Lichess support email, and when i click on the (supposed) "try the Contact Page" option it just goes around in a big useless circle back to here
The moderation service on this site is terrible !!! Several times I report a player who attacks and nothing happens. Unfortunate

There is no support email. There is a contact email, but this isn't exactly intended for support.

Lichess moderates (comprising of titled masters people with years of experience in finding cheaters) review the information you give them in the report and the games the user played. Then make a decision.
you may think x player cheated but lichess mods does not thus nothing happens
You reporting a player more than once does nothing except waste mods time
and wdym by "a player who attacks"

How is that harsh? I asked a legitimate question. If that was a quote from a lichess page they should have used the quotation marks or at least provide the link to the page.
