I think it kinda means that the server helping Lichess have some problem, and it results lichess to be down.

I can't help it. I cannot help the songs of my youth that I roller skated to. The cheesiness will always be a part of me. I have far more cheese music ready to unwrap. We do not choose the culture era we are thrown into. We respond. We roller skate. We remember involuntarily.
Was any data lost? I played some games a few hours ago, before the server went down, but they're not listed in my my profile.
Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to know if any data was lost. Going by your experience it does seem like some was lost sadly.
