How to push for win in this position?

Hi, in this game I am playing as black. The material was equal here. I decided to push my queenside pawns because I didn't see any tactics. What should have been my strategy?

You did all right. The win must come from your queen side pawn majority.
You found the right plan: create a passed pawn on the side where you have the pawn majority (in this case queenside).
I understand why move 3 was a mistake and why move 10 was a blunder. But what was so bad about move 26 and 29? The computer analysis shows a weird continuation that I don't understand.
