Ratings: lichess 2100 = chess.com 1800 ?

The plot thickens SnackYourPawn who is at a different level than me
2200 ish elo has the same level on chess.com , that's a puzzle .
All the years I've played online lots of different sites, I've always between 1700 & 1800 , yet chess.com I'm struggerleing at 1450 my tactics rating on lichess is over 2000 so i'm not totally crap lols ,maybe I'm paranoid, but I seem to be strategically won in a lot of games on chess.com then the opponent turns into Tal and I've lost
I've also noticed i seem to get the same players over and over again on chess.com too
Hey players !
The Titled $1500 Bullet Event is today in less than 4 hours.
Fabi has entered, along with Peng... and others.
At chess.com Below 1600 cheating is very casual 5% or less. So if you strugle to get over 1500 or 1300 its your problem.
% of cheaters start to significantly increase after 1600.
Highest % of chess.com cheaters are at 1900-2100. But sure there exceptions. I once encountered one of those cheating idiots with 1250 points. It wasnt a problem I lost to him and won 10 in a row just after
@Fairplayer1

Do you ever stop recklessly tossing out stats (5% or less) than you have absolutely no verification of? It is merely a wild guess on your part, the constant spreading false information is irresponsible imo.

You are obviously making the assumption that those inclined to cheat continue to do so every game, thus increasing their ratings above 1600. This is a false assumption. Players randomly make a decision to use an engine vs. a particular player for whatever reason. Low rated players "cheat" just like high rated players. It occurs not every game, but at random.

From alot of practical experience, lower rated players "cheat" even more. They view their rating as not very high, think surely they are better than their rating indicates. Nobody likes losing most of the time. We like to win once in awhile. The conclusion is made their opponents must be cheating. Hence...? Guess what they resort to in the next game?

Point is assumptions can be made on both sides. We are not privy to the actual stats and should not be making guesses as to percentages of engine users.

I see you're higher rated as well Legend, perhaps the discrepancy is at a lower level around 1500 ?
that makes a lot of sense, since the entry rating level has a sizeable (probably dominant) effect at this level (1200 vs 1500) .

However..for a general rating comparison between servers you can think of a lot of other factors like
-"are players with (blitz strength) rating X likely to play on server Y"
- what is the rating model? how robust is it against inflation for a great amount of games (for the server population)?
- are you comfortable dealing with the dominant style on the server? Players on Chess24 are likely to play mainline theory (or theory from their opening series), players on this site are playing a bit unconventional and fast, players on chess.com play both classical and random openings ...
- how is the bullet portion of the game? fast/slow interface, ping to servers, ...
- how is the cheater detection for a given time control and how likely are people to cheat on the server X to start with?

I don't wont to bother going through all the points as well ;), so I'm just picking some people/friends +-200 points around my level and look at their rating on specific sites.

EDIT: Nice Sheet in the link. Not sure about the raw data / model though.
God that's depressing according to that list that legend posted chess.com are closer to fide, so I'm a 1450 patzer .
I recall from somewhere 1500 is average so adding salt to the wound, I'm a below average patzer !
Anyway thanks for the clarification Legend
The rating comparison link makes no mention of many factors that will influence the statistics.

By example, lichess charts and stats are for recent, active players. Chesscom charts and stats include all players, possibly only a single game and include closed accounts. You have to remain very careful when interpreting these "charts" by knowing how the data was arrived at, and what gets specifically included. CC is never forth coming in their statistics, every one gets manipulated to shed themselves in a better light. Simply view their claimed membership total. The world knows it is a sham, yet they persist.
