The fact is that there are so-called "correct" countries, more precisely UCA + Europe, which "appoint" those responsible for something and then bomb them themselves. On the other hand, there are "wrong" countries - the rest of the world, which needs to be taught democracy, bombed, imposed sanctions, and so on, and it always has to be blamed for something.
