Why I can't follow this user?

I want to follow @ElTalbot, but I have no that option.


We didn't talk to each other, so I don't think that it's block or something like that, because there are no decent reason for it, I won him 5 times and that's all. I wanted to follow him because he always trying to dirty flag his opponent and it's interesting to watch his games. But looks like I can't for some reason.

Looks like it's because I win him 5 times in a row, I can't find any other reason, but this reason is so silly. How cold I avoid blocking? Lose him on purpose?
That's sad, his games was interesting to watch.
