Why are people obsessed with labels?

Instead of having a victimhood complex, why don't we debate singular ideas?

E.G. "you want to build a wall, you're racist!"

E.G. "you want affordable insulin, you're a communist!"

But instead I guess you are all okay with just licking the boots of the government.
E.G. "you create multiple Lichess accounts with political bloggers as usernames, you're a troll!"

That's a good idea but we won't be using it because I don't like you

Like a manual tape-label-maker-gun text only-
What kind of label maker?
I once called a 6 year old a "little commie bastard" for cheating against me in a game of Go Fish. I'll be damned if I let anyone take away my right to do this in the future.

This is because it's easier to put a label on a population than to actually debate topics. This is also why modern day politics and politicians are nothing more than clowns.
