Titan definitely would be my first choice to visit. So similar yet so alien. So dynamic. In addition to a fascinating surface possibly an underground ocean as well. As an added bonus you'll get a great view of Saturn on the way there (and possibly a hazy view of it from the surface). And sign me up for a (well insulated) swim in a sea of methane.
Next up... I'm torn between Triton and Io. And of course somewhere like Enceladus would be fun if we can reach the water and interact with alien sea monkeys.

Tough choice, I'll go Titan for the dynamic variety. My close second is Europa.

I too will go with Triton (could be a goofy pun in there).
