Mine is 10-11 (the highest being 12) cps, and I use a working mouse.
18, with double click butterfly. For short periods of time I can hit ~30 with a long drag

Usually six cps for me :( If i jitter click i can go above ten
Eight to nine clicks per second normally and with rest. Eleven to twelve clicks per second if use the "fidgeting stick finger" technique.
