Archaeological evidence (the Kish Tablet) provides the most support for Sumerian as the being the oldest language, dating back to 3500 BCE in modern day Iraq.
Historical linguists speculate that the Proto-human language originated anywhere from 50k to 350k years ago.
Sanskrit, of course.
