What if everyone is immune to pathogens?

Well, lets say that everyone suddenly is immune to all viruses, bacteria and fungi. What do you think will happen?

Doctors only focus against cancers, tumors, poisons, injuries from accidents. Many medicines will become obsolete.

I don't know about fungi, but bacteria and especially viruses have awful high mutation rates. Chances are that if at some point all are immune against all *existing* viruses then in the next moment there would be a new virus one is not immune to - starting over the cycle again.

In fact this is what happens all the time: living things develop immunity against microbes and microbes develop further to circumvent this immunity. A human (and most of our cattle) using antibiotics is (or, rather, has been) immune to practically all bacteria. After some time these bacteria developed strategies to become immune to these antibiotics and those became inefficient. Therefore, humans have developed other antibiotics. Bacteria acquired immunity against those too. And so on ...

This is how evolution works. (Just in case you go to school in the US: no, evolution is of course a hoax, because people from the bronze age knew better. They also knew that whales are fish (Jonah 1:17, Matthew 12:40) and bats are birds (Leviticus 11:13-19), so their biology was spot on!
It isn't a long term effect. Pathogens will start adapting and who knows how long we will be immune.
some of these pathogens are intracellular organisms, meaning that they can't live outside the body & this will probably result in the extinction of the pathogen & being wiped out from face of earth.
of course this will have a consequences & impact on food chain of all living organism just like the fantasy question of Albert Einstein "what will happen if all bees of world vanished away"...
Lets say everyone is immune. So we become immune to the present. Not a big deal. It guarantees nothing for the future or what could surface from other natural or man made creations.
