2. any natural disasters .

That's a tough question. I'd love to visit North Korea, but never will because I don't want to be arrested and tortured if the government decides it needs a bargaining chip. I'd love to visit. I'd love to hike the mountains of Afghanistan, but won't because I don't fancy my chances with the warlords.

Instead of the dangerous places, the places I don't want to visit would be the boring / ugly ones. Off the top of my head:

1) Parts of the US (Idaho, Utah, Kansas, Iowa, etc)
2) Liechtenstein
3) Frankfurt

all places in my country without TEHRAN because i was born there and it is the best .
Some people say Tehran is like Los Angeles.
