I just found out that my friend passed away about a month ago. I deleted social media a week beforehand and just found out about his passing on the memorial page they set up for him on the Marshall Chess Club's website. I just looked at Charu's account and I saw that he just supported Lichess for one month as a patron as a dead man. I was hoping the site could make sure they don't charge his card but that he retains his wings as he was an avid supporter and lover of Lichess and taught chess in NYC for the last 12 years of his life.
