Nuclear weapons should be banned because they have unacceptable humanitarian consequences and pose a threat to humanity. The simple reality is that the international community could never hope to deal with the impact of nuclear weapons use. If a nuclear bomb dropped tomorrow, this is what could happen to you.

since its already discovered it shouldn't be banned now since the terrorists can use that for unfair means then and its not often used also
It is very expensive to buy and get access of nuclear plant

Some countries need nuclear weapons to defend themselves and some countries want it to attack

There is already a biological weapons ban in place , every major nation has labs developing them in secret.
