I generally dislike most April the 1st. jokes.
Because often they, even with good intentions, comes of as harmful, or just plain silly.
However not always.
Lichess for example have done a great job in the past.
They, for example, have implemented the Horsey, and at the time of publication, said it was their new logo.
They even went so far, as to make it a emoji/reaction symbol.
To the point where in the chess community, it has become a meme, even for people who ain't on Lichess.
They also made a very funny warning last year, about how hackers had hacked this site, and maliciously published Lichess' private source code to the entire world. Luckily their shareholders didn't fall for that.
I wonder what they would do this year?
