Another thread, another bunch of misled kids trying to boost their self-esteem and "Indian" ego.I've seen a lot these lately, all themed around India being very superior or the origin of good things, which is utterly false.
If it weren't for Britain, India would have been truly 3rd world, its' a bit better because of the English setting up good schools and rails and other industrialized goods.
Yes, India has a lot of greatness and intellectual minds like Abdul Kalam, C.V.Raman and other personalities like Gandhi.A lot of scope there in the country with so many aspiring people who can change things for the better.
But Alas ! The corrupt and trash Government, the stereotypes, caste barriers, unreasonable policies and corrupt use of power has marred their development.Even the media is forced to share false news in favour of the corrupt and those who don't get eliminated.
These issues prevent India from being looked upon as a true developing country.It is geting worse in these terms and takes the change in the mindset of the people to better the condition of the country.Being blinded and making false egoistic claims doesn't help.
I'd suggest people to look objectively and search for the real truth behind things instead of blindly believing false media and listening to a blithering, incapable menace like Modi (I have the right to say it) as well as the others who are equally brainless in that Government. ( I do have the right to criticize).

Yes, the British did quite a lot of damage to India.But it doesn't change the fact that they are a reason why India is developing today.Rails, schools, education for women in a rigid and evil Indian society of the 90s, and the industrialization.
