The thread title shows that many people are not familiar with how US political system works.

One party trying to impeach the other party’s President is normal, Democrats tried to impeach Bush and Reagan every day. Republicans impeached Clinton and tried to impeach Obama every day, like every minute of every day, screaming on top of their lungs for impeachment.

This is all known and normal, and it means nothing. It doesn’t mean a thing, nobody is getting removed, ever, nobody is getting in trouble, nobody will stand any sort of trial, please turn off your mass hysteria TV idiot light box, and enjoy life.

-Parodies the use of framing in the gathering of statistics
-Exploits an alternate literal interpretation ambiguous sentence
However, it does this without expressing any disagreement, as the statement and statistic may very well be accurate.

@Kusokosla Sure, the republicans said they were going to do it, but it was all Political banter. Plus the Clinton impeachment was well justified, as the majority of Republicans at the time were Christian cheating on your wife was unacceptable. The "Impeach Obama Movement" was just a fringe group of Far-Right politicians who didn't have enough power to actually launch an inquiry. But now, the dynamic has changed and the current leaders of the Democratic party Ex. Pelosi, Biden, AOC, etc... Are all either considered Far-Left, or kneel to every demand of the new variation of the Democratic party. FOr clarification, I voted Obama in 2008, then Mitt Romney in 2012, and Trump in 2016. If I had to choose between Andrew Yang and Trump i'd pick Yang. He's the only true Progressive running as a Democrat, and he is the only Dem i'd vote for over Trump. Yang / Trump 2020
