Every thing or every app has something fair and something unfair best r those who can accommodate themselves with that

Perhaps there could be a western shield, yearly, monthly tournaments and eastern shield, yearly, monthly tournaments but idk
In terms of lobby playing, I would consider mostly fair, there is a strict and direct ban system, and anti-cheating usually works for most cases, however there are a lot of side cases for cheating, and the rating system can be confusing and weird.
In terms of communication, well it's very difficult to advertise a public team as you are only limited to your profile, and forum and chat etiquette can be vague, and chat bans can be very harsh. I also feel like there is a lack of communication between the player and the system, correct me if I am wrong but if someone was marked as "this player violated Lichess terms of services" the player doesn't know and is left in a kind of empty net of confusion. Players might not be able to know how to appeal or even what they did wrong, so that is kind of unfair and unnecessarily vague and empty on Lichess's part.
However, we must remember we are getting all of this for free, so we can't complain much and the lichess team is doing the best they can do.

I am a bit too fed up with tournament start timing, So I would like to summon a mod, eg: @jeffforever asking what does he have to say about these tournament timings being unfair.
