We must always bear in mind that this site is global.Words like culinary may not be known to non-English speakers.
Indeed,these days most English-speaking 15 year -olds would not know it.

The Molasses of Rhodes

FWIW, the Hot Brown (an iconic food of Kentucky) is named after the Brown Hotel in Louisville. Not really a twist, but I felt the urge to flex my knowledge.
