Just wanna know how to know that your friend has read your message which you send it to him/her privately?
If there are no features like this, please put one....

There's currently no feature like the one you mention.
what is a private massage lol (private message?) The people whom you have sent Pm(private message)s can read ur messages, but nobody else can. I think mods can read anybody's...? But for example ur name is person A , u send a pm to person B, person C cannot see it, only u(person A) and person B. If person C is a mod they can probably see it(im not sure tho im not a mod).
Ask them "have u seen my message?".... If they say "yes" ....it means they have seen....and if they say "no" it also means that they have seen the message....(jk, lol) ;) if they didn't reply maybe they haven't seen or ignored.
EDIT: There is no feature to know that whether they have read the msg or not.
On Lichess I think you can't write any private messages. One of my friends said so.
(If you don't believe it, no problem. I don't think it's true, either.)
To pm someone, go on their profile and there is a button. On the button is a speech bubble and when u click on it u can write private messages.
Edit: When you go to someone’s profile, you can see a chat button and by pressing it you can chat with him. I am sorry that I called it ‘private chat’....

You really can't know that unless you are on their end, which is a clear infringement of privacy.
Actually, moderator also can see it, as
@ultramuddish told. So it should be called chat not private chat, as more than 2 people can see it.
