There is an ongoing heatwave in my Birmingham, and many other cities in the UK.
The heat is unbearable for me, and I struggle to fully concentrate and focus on what I am doing. It is around 30ºC in the area that I live in, and we're not used to this temperature.
Is there any advice on what to do to make me focus properly or make myself more comfortable?
Same for me in London.
You should have a fan at home, cool water bottles.
I suppose you need to open windows too.
@TheChessPlayer21 Yes, I have fans, but I am still too hot.
I'm not allowed to open windows, because my mum is allergic to bees.
In the UAE, it's usually over 30ºc I advise you to turn on the Air Conditioner, Eat Cold ice cream, and if you sweat too much take a cold bath.

a really good and free method i use to cool down
wet a cloth , place it on forehead , then back of neck and finally between wrists , about a minute on each point , re wet cloth if necessary
give it a go , see whether it works for you , you can replace the wet cloth with a ice cold tinned drink(unopened) but they cost but they do cool you down quicker if used the same way
@Knight04 @TheChessPlayer21 @TallMagicalFlamingo @sabutuma Thanks for the advice, I will try everything you mentioned.
@Knight04 Yes, I do agree, we need to act soon to defeat Global Warming, but it is quite hard to do so since the Coronavirus Pandemic has hit us. But there are several things that can help, like all the things you said and probably more.

I have hayfever - so opening windows just makes it worse for me :/ :(((((((
I - close the blinds , 5 bottles of water a box of ice ( about 500ml cubed ) , and a homemade slushie. Also a towel and a fan sometimes , and wear very short shorts and a sleveless t-shirt
post 9 , you can substitute wet cloth or cold unopened canned drink for one of the ice cubes ,it will work just as well if not better, keeping it between wrists for a minute may prove tricky though so id put it there first before ice starts to melt
