Lichess is by far the most abusive site I have ever come across. You are not wrong, #1.

It is specifically designed for abuse. The people who are kind get banned, the people who strive for peace.

Bullying and hanging on people is not only allowed but encouraged.

Power is hidden and totalitarian. Essentially it's based on two things: fear and lowest common denominator.

Those who "fit the bill" have a free pass for whatever abuse they wish to perpetrate.

The main thing is that fear and abuse are allowed and perpetual. Anytime a kind or good person gets banned the place gets worse, and hateful, abusive people are allowed to continue posting.

Popularity contest with the lowest common denominator -- mob rule -- as the driving factor.

If it's that bad why are you on here?not trying to abuse you, just wondering.i just try to help people, make them laugh and occasionally give them something to think about.sure I've been abused but no more so than on any other public forum.mostly they are good people posting interesting comments but as always there are a few bad apples.could you be more specific please and not speak in generalities.im just trying to understand your viewpoint and intend no offense.

Psychological abuse is not cool, and being a super spreader of hate is rampantly messed up.
