Overall I would say Kasparov
I prefer fisher but i love kasparov too and i love how they combine tactics with startegies but i think fisher has way more tactical and aggressival games.
I love fischers weird openings like moving his king out 3 times ._. but overall I like being aggressive so i like fischer. Tho I need to improve on my king saftey and make sure i dont move my king out 3 times in early game... soooo yeh
According to chessmetrics.com Fischer has a higher performance rating for his 1-year peak than Kasparov, who in turn has the better performance for a 2, 3, 5, 10 and 20 year peak. This can be used in both players favour although the two points that Fischer beat Kasparov with in the 1-year peak may seem insignificant.
