Feeling quite down lately

Sounds simple, but get exercise outdoors. Set small physical goals and build on them. Feelings follow actions, take action man!

Soooo...basicaly what the title says. I have been feeling this...presure...this like...sadness or whatever. Hard to explain, but honestly I am not thinking straight anymore. After a long while, when I was basically locked in my house and preparing for exams, sometimes studying like 10 hours a day, with almost no breaks, very little sleep, and became very exhausted and not getting the results I was hoping for, and a bunch of fights with some ,,friends" to the point when I only have like two people that I get along well, but slowly I feel like I am losing more and more close people, and became very quiet, I barely talk to anyone now. I don't even feel like it. I don't even feel like opening my mouth to say something, to talk, and I am always tense, even with family and also VERY lazy. And I think that the only way to not become too cold is to talk, as little as I can. I used to literally scare social anxiety, and now here I am, more lonely than I have ever been. It's not my first time dealing with this feeling, but now it's different, I don't really have my close people around. Sometimes I just wanna give up, and say ,,I had enough", but I just can't let all of this affect me too much. Any help, advice, anything? :)))
(Bruhhh, why the heck is this rant so long THIS IS A LITERAL CHESS SITE XDD)

Change the way you see everything. Be positive. Be healty. Be happy.

Set alarm clock 4 hours after you go to bed. Next day don't allow yourself to rest until the right time comes. You should feel sleepy earlier after you didn't sleep enough last time.

Another option: Set your alarm as soon as possible. For example, 6 am. Ask your parents to force you to go to sleep on a normal time, let's say 9 or 10 pm. When you wake up, you'll feel really good, simply because you woke up early and have alot of time left before going to school or smth. It worked for me!

(@)Diaconu_Teodora: 'sometimes studying like 10 hours a day' ~ Study one--two hours a day. Combine studying with physical exercise, meditation, proper sleep, and healthy food. Do not work hard; work well.

'a bunch of fights with some ,,friends" to the point when I only have like two people that I get along well' ~ 'Being alone is better than being with the wrong person.' ~ L from Death Note. You should not fear solitude; you should fear bad company. When alone, we stand still; when with bad people, we get dragged down; when with good people, we may hear of new ideas. While you might prefer being with good people over being alone, the quietness of solitude may result in you gaining new perspectives on what types of people you enjoy being around.

'also VERY lazy.' ~ Perhaps that stems from a lack of motivation. Reconsider if the things that you do are actually enjoyable. Try new things.

'I actually just ruined my sleep schedule and go to sleep late at night for no reason even if I'm tired' ~ Stay up the whole night and the subsequent day. Then, go to sleep at nine or ten.

(@)CptGonzo: 'Don't forget that no matter how you're feeling right now, these feelings won't last forever.' ~ There is no guarantee of that; life is not a film. This is exactly why we should work to improve things: If we do not, then they will certainly not improve.

(@)DogyBrown: 'When i am feeling bad.I just wait till i feel better.' ~ The correct approach is to work towards a better life; it is not to hope that things will improve by themselves.

(@)farmerethan75: 'God bless you all' ~ Rather than hoping that an imaginary being who was created by people suffering from toxic positivity and delusions will help us, we should rely on people who actually exist: Ourselves, friends, and partners.

(@)Dukedog: 'I've been depressed' ~ Since, unlike sadness, depression is not a feeling, but a mental illness, it is inappropriate to describe it in this way.

Climb to a high place, look down at all of your options, and give each of them consideration. B) Being positive does not help in solving problems; we need to focus on negative things in order to fix them. C) "Be happy" is similar to "Calm down": It accomplishes nothing.
