Play chess.
I'm not joking. Something to fill your days that isn't spiraling into your thoughts or arguing with friends is a great way to deal with depression.
Of course it could be anything, like gaming or books, but you're ranting on a chess site anyway soo...

Thanks y'all for the kinds words:))I appreciate it :)
I have been feeling a little better today, but for some reason, I kinda lost my motivation for anything. I have hobbies like drawing (number one hobby) but idk, I just don't feel like doing that anymore? Like it was one of the only things that I wanted to do. And speaking of lazyness, omg, I literaly just wanna sleep al day, lol. But do I do that? Nope, I actually just ruined my sleep schedule and go to sleep late at night for no reason even if I'm tired. Whatever, just another rant 'cause I like to XD

I have been through some similar experiences. Regular rest and hydration will be very helpful. Good rest, diet and hydration are always minimums. Surely challenges will come.
The overwhelmed-ness I had the last few years was about work. I eliminated some activities that I did not have time for.

Soooo...basicaly what the title says. I have been feeling this...presure...this like...sadness or whatever. Hard to explain, but honestly I am not thinking straight anymore. After a long while, when I was basically locked in my house and preparing for exams, sometimes studying like 10 hours a day, with almost no breaks, very little sleep, and became very exhausted and not getting the results I was hoping for, and a bunch of fights with some ,,friends" to the point when I only have like two people that I get along well, but slowly I feel like I am losing more and more close people, and became very quiet, I barely talk to anyone now. I don't even feel like it. I don't even feel like opening my mouth to say something, to talk, and I am always tense, even with family and also VERY lazy. And I think that the only way to not become too cold is to talk, as little as I can. I used to literally scare social anxiety, and now here I am, more lonely than I have ever been. It's not my first time dealing with this feeling, but now it's different, I don't really have my close people around. Sometimes I just wanna give up, and say ,,I had enough", but I just can't let all of this affect me too much. Any help, advice, anything? :)))
(Bruhhh, why the heck is this rant so long THIS IS A LITERAL CHESS SITE XDD)
You can talk to me, we have the same problems :D

ooops, ur f*cked up by the accumulated stress over the period ,my advice is to leave your everyday residential place for a while ,like taking the Camino de Santiago for some days to see some different places and people. If that still dosen't help, better see the doctor ASAP.

@Diaconu_Teodora try to fix your sleep schedule, just go to bed earlier for a few days. It will fix your sleep schedule eventually (probably two to three days.) also just do what you feel like if you want to spend time outside go for it! If you feel like you don’t want to do anything then do something you usually find fun.

These guys don't know what they're talking about. You don't need a doctor for this. You just need someone to talk to. I have been in this situation before, you just need someone to listen.

Yeahhhh, I don't think it's that serious for a doctor or whatever, and luckily I don't wanna do self harm or whatever. I am starting to feel a little better, still getting lost sometimes and over analyzing every little thing, but hopefully I will recover soon:)))

Get a pet a duck. When you pet it, you will literally be feeling down.
