Why do you want to have a premium account of a chess site which is much worse than lichess and costs you so much money?!

I read from many many people in the CHESS.COM FEEDBACK section on their own freaking website that they paid for stuff they never received.

I have Gold Premium, not diamond though. Why do you need one?

I’ve got a premium account there. I didn’t know about lichess when I first started playing chess seriously during lockdown. Lichess’ got nearly all the features that chess.com has and it is free :)
