TWIC is just weekly games played in PGN format.

Why can't you download it? Need administrator rights or is there some warning?

I see. My guess is it doesn't work on 32-bit unfortunately.

32-bit depends on your cpu.

What is your computer model?

Thanks. Let me help you out.

For your Windows 7 laptop, try the following.

1. Go to Start Menu.
2. Go to All Programs > Accessories.
3. Choose Command Prompt from the list of programs.
4. Type the following in the command line program: systeminfo

I know it can be confusing.

Here's the link: theweekinchess.com/twic

Then, scroll down and you'll see TWIC/Date/PGN.

The PGN link is for the download.

The site is called 'This Week in Chess', as such, each PGN is for another week in the year.

The date column helps you decide which week of games you want.
