Nice video. Good to see you playing e4 now. The early videos of yours I watched were mainly all d4 as white. Why did you not just play the standard Petrov by taking the pawn?

@NeverBeenTimid I have been trying to branch out more recently and play more e4 I actually plan on playing some more interesting and attacking openings starting soon on my channel which I'm looking forward to trying out. I actually have never seriously considered the line of taking on e5 in that position I haven't studied it so I don't know any of the well known lines. But I may try it on the next game when I encounter that position. I just tend to feel more comfortable with defending the pawn and not opening my e file that early on with my king still in the centre.
