Detecting chess cheaters or any cheater?

Probably because of public shaming - anyone can see the posts by the Cheater Investigation Association because it's not the actual CIA. That's also why Troll Trackers by @Slicingbishop2006 was also closed.

Just because they are catching cheaters does not mean that they are good. It is lichess' job to catch cheaters. Also you are not allowed to public shame people.
